When can I make a complaint?

Complaints should be made as soon as possible. In the case of missing elements, the time is 2 weeks. Check the bed for damage and missing elements in the presence of the courier. If there are any missing elements in the package, we will send them to your address. We are obliged to consider your complaint within 48 hours from its receipt.

  • purchased bed model,
  • detailed description of the problem,
  • photos of damaged elements,

How can I return the product?

* Your money will be refunded to the same bank account number from which we received the payment as soon as we receive the complete product.
